buying new soundcard

I'm thinking about buying a new soundcard, I'd like one that could do what the EWS64 XL can do, but doing it right. What would you do?

I would get a decent PCI audio card (RME or M-Audio, for example) and Logic Audio with the EXS 24. If you?re using this with a fast PC, you can?t be wrong.

All-in-one solutions like the EWS 64 aren?t made anymore. Using software like Cubase or Logic, software samplers like EXS 24 or Halion are far superior.
